On vacation, one tends to get a bit tardy about updating the blog, but when one has a column to maintain, deadlines must be adhered to, always.
While we were vacationing, my column Bits about Bytes was published in the Lifestyle section, as scheduled. Jerry Barrier RIP

Jerry Barrier was a historian and a scholar of Sikhism. He was significantly responsible for taking Sikh studies forward in the US and in Canada, and also for focusing American academic interest on Punjab, India and South Asia.
